Happy holidays

There probably won't be a post next week. So I'm wishing everyone a happy and healthy holiday or a good day off. Apparently my book is temporary out of stock at Amazon. They will get in more copies eventually. You can also get it from Powells, Borders and dare I say it Barnes and Noble which finally carried my book in selected stores.  However, unless you need the book ASAP, (Makes a great gift) I recommend ordering it directly through the store not online.

The food nazis in their latest escapade would like to slim down Santa. Santa is meant to be fat and jolly, not a thin hardbody on the treadmill. He needs all that fat to keep him warm at the North Pole and for all the extra energy he needs to deliver presents!

Why should Santa stay fat? Because the "obesity epidemic" is overblown and you can be fit and fat. A new study says fitness is much more important than body size and if you are over 60 it doesn't matter the size but how much you move!

In other news, this fat chick author is quoted in an article about how shopping when you are fat sucks!

Good, the Smart and the fatties!

Better late than never.  I went to a fund raising party for Entitled about a fat woman trying to find her place in this world.  She only had the trailer available but it was fabulous.  Please support her film.

Apparently Chubby woman are smarter than thin women.  Go figure!   Although I think  all women can be brilliant regardless of their size.

We aren’t getting fatter and we are living longer.  But wait, don't worry, the Epidemic isn't over! While obesity isn't rampaging across the world, we are still big fatties!
