Short post News of the day

Tired today; took a long walk yesterday (Over 4 miles) and am still tired. 

From Austrialia.  It isn't surprising that Dieting craze blamed for rise in eating disorders.  When you focus on weight loss as a health goal, it is only going to cause people to do unhealthy things to lose weight.
